Environmentally-Friendly Products Company NIVISS cares about the natural environment by manufacturing and promoting products based on light emitting diodes. LED products are energy efficient and using them instead of traditional incandescent or halogen light sources implicates the lower emissions of CO2 and other greenhouse gases. Furthermore they are characterized by longer lifespan and do not emit any IR nor UV radiation which have a negative influence on human eyes.

The European Restriction of Hazardous Substances (2002/95/EC) Directive was introduced to reduce the amount of hazardous substances coming from electric and electronic wastes and polluting the environment.
The RoHS Directive restricts the use of certain hazardous materials like lead, mercury, cadmium, hexavalent chromium, polybrominated biphenyls (PBBs) and polybrominated diphenyl ethers (PBDEs) and defines maximum permitted concentrations of these matters by weight of homogeneous material.
All solutions delivered by NIVISS are designed and manufactured according to RoHS directive.

The WEEE Directive (Waste Electrical and Electronic Equipment Directive) is the European Community directive (2002/96/EC) adopted in order to minimize negative environmental impacts caused by the waste electrical and electronic devices. According to it all electronic equipment manufacturers, suppliers and importers are responsible for collection, recycling and recovery of waste electrical goods.
All EEE products placed onto the EU market after the 13th August 2005 must be marked with the WEEE symbol consisting of the crossed-out wheeled bin indicating, that the product should not be disposed with other household waste.
According to Polish law, NIVISS labels its products with WEEE symbol and bears the costs of waste management (KGO), which are included in the net price of a product and are not specified on the invoice as a separate item.
